Big Bear Discount does not refund items in store or online. If an order is placed then cancelled before the order has been processed we can issue a refund at that point. However, if an item has already shipped then no refunds will be given beyond that point. Below are some exceptions of that may constitute a refund:
- The incorrect item has been shipped.
- Items are missing from the shipment and verified missing by a Big Bear Discount representative.
- The item has verifiable damage cause by Big Bear Discount through neglegence.
Big Bear Discount is not responsible for any shipments that have gone missing or stolen in transit. Insurance can be added to an order by contacting us directly – email@example.com .
If an item is to be refunded, please allow up to 10 – 15 business days.
